Do I have to be a C-level leader?
  • Not at all.  We encourage everyone to test the limits of their influence – identifying problems & opportunities and then leading change up, down, and sideways to create a noteworthy organization.  Specific frameworks for taking action are included in Workshops and complemented with eBooks, webinars, and a custom ChatGPT trained in leading adaptive change in a post-Industrial World.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
  • You can expect one article a week for a deep dive into a leading-edge issue organization face as they transition from the Industrial Era to the New Era.  There will also be one or two additional posts a week that are structured for a quick 5-10 min. reflection and response.  There are also additional resources where you can dive into detail to find answers to your specific challenges.  We will also periodically host a Livestream or webinar where members can gather to share their expertise and offer each other encouragement to move through difficult periods.
Do I have to be active and “share”?  Can I just lurk and look around?
  • You do you – no pressure.  However, you will likely get more value by asking questions and offering insights from your experience (others will thank you).  And you can always ask a Host to post on your behalf if the issue is sensitive and you would like to participate as an “outsider” in bouncing ideas around.
Will there be an upcharge later?
  • Only if you want to join a Collab, workshop or need specialized 1:1 coaching to help you through the specific challenges you face.
